Your last day of employment will be [termination date], after your notice period of [notice period]. You will receive:

Pay in lieu of any accrued, untaken holiday

What a fair process needs

FAQs

Who is entitled to statutory redundancy pay?
Generally employees with at least two years' continuous service, calculated by age, length of service and weekly pay (subject to the statutory cap).
Do you have to consult first?
Yes - meaningful individual consultation is required. Collective consultation rules apply where 20 or more redundancies are proposed within 90 days.
